Things have been all go at the office for the past couple of months. As well as the re-brand process and everything that it entails there have also been a number of personnel changes.

Javier Bravo and Emily Smith, who you may have seen in our seminar videos, left for pastures new and we welcome two new recruits. Victoria Anker takes over in Sales assisting Rafa with new business, Crush marketing, and putting her Oxford education to use, making sure our proposal have the very best English.

With marketing an expanding sector within Crush Scott Hampton steps in to take over from Javier in the PPC and SEO department, putting his Google accreditation to good use.

With so much activity in the office Rafa saw it only fitting to take advantage in some dry Scottish weather and hit the beach for a well deserved break.

So on 29th June the team took to a secluded beach in Pease Bay just outside Edinburgh for “some” Sun, sand and the infamous Cueto paella. Now just to fill you in, there is an on going joke about Rafa’s previous staff paella feast and its success…depending who you speak to !

Rafa was keen to take up the challenge and saved face by preparing an excellent paella with fresh local seafood, vegetables and a slight seasoning of sand. Andy, keen to lend a hand, managed to avoid setting a wooden gate on fire just in time to serve up some less than appetising charcoal burgers that only he and Coco managed to stomach.

Thankfully Trudi did us the honour of preparing a fantastic summer fruit pavlova that had everyone fighting for a second portion.

All in all the day was a good farewell to Emily and warm welcome to the new recruits, before we chain them to their desks for the hard work!
